ESPN's John Buccigross Helps Grow the Game in South Windsor

John Buccigross has been involved in SWYHA for the past 20 years with his two sons beginning in South Windsor's Learn to Skate Program and then playing In-House all the way through Bantams before going on to play at South Windsor High School. John has been a big supporter of the SWYHA.

John is currently a sportscaster on ESPN and loves the game of hockey at all levels. If you follow John on Twitter, then you are familiar with the #Bucciovertimechallenge Twitter Game which he hosts. Proceeds from the #bucciovertimechallenge are donated to various hockey-related charitable organizations. This year SWYHA is proud to once again be the recipient of John's generosity. John will be paying 1/2 of all the dues for players who participate in our 2nd Learn to Skate Program in November in support of USA Hockey's Grow the Game Initiative.

On November 14th at 8 am, the first session of South Windsor's fall Learn to Skate is kicking off, and the South Windsor organization will thank John. Dont' miss this special thank-you and a great program!
